Fees at Riverstone

One-time

Application fee

$35 per adult applicant. Non-refundable.

Security deposit

Typically one month's rent. The deposit is held and returned within Ohio's statutory timeline following move-out, minus any documented damages.

Pet fee

$35 one time, per pet. Non-refundable. There is no separate pet deposit.

Monthly

Pet rent

$35 a month, per pet.

Package locker

$7 a month.

Utilities

Water and sewer are billed monthly based on your unit. Electric is paid by the resident. Ask the leasing office what else is included.

Renters insurance is required.
